Privacy Policy for Moore Digitized Documents Company
Moore Digitized Documents Company has established a strict Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of our customers and of the people whose names may appear in the Records and Documents that our company makes available to the public.
Personal information of our customers will remain solely with Moore Digitized Documents Company unless the individual customer specifically grants permission for Moore Digitized Documents Company to share only that individuals name, address and phone number with the organization that owns the original documents that Moore Digitized Documents Company is preserving and making available to the public, and that the individual is purchasing. Moore Digitized Documents Company will include a clause in its contracts with these organizations that prevents them from sharing that information with third parties.
Moore Digitized Documents Company will follow the guidelines established by the United States Census Bureau regarding the public release of Records and Documents preserved by Moore Digitized Documents Company. Moore Digitized Documents Company will not release to the public Records or Documents that are less than seventy two (72) years old, with the exception of Death Records or other Documents that have already been published, are in the public domain and where permission has been granted by the publisher of the documents.
