The mission of the Barbara Ann Moore Hope Foundation, Inc., is to promote youth advancement, decrease juvenile delinquency, and encourage positive family relationships all through scholarships, grants, and mentoring programs that target at risk youth.

We are offering 2 scholarships this year, the Legacy Book Award and the Technology Scholarship.
